These terms govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Enoshima.ai (“Enoshima”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
1. The Site and the waitlist
The Site provides information about Enoshima and lets you join a waitlist. Joining adds the email address you provide to our waitlist so we can contact you about the product. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
2. Informational purposes only — not financial advice
Enoshima and this Site are provided for informational and research purposes. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. See our Disclosures. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent professional advice.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, and the Enoshima name and marks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to view the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from it without our permission.
